Where do you ship?

We ship Canada-wide! We charge a delivery fee of $16.95 for orders up to $100. Order over $100? Shipping’s on us!

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

How long will my shipment take?

Once an order is placed, we send it out the same or next day! Deliveries should arrive within 7 days.

Unfortunately, COVID-19 might impact delivery times, but we will do our best to get you your goods ASAP.

I live in Halifax Region, any other options?

Yes! You can select “Pickup” at checkout, and your order will be ready for pickup on Doyle St. within 24 hours.

Alternatively, we are happy to offer $5 delivery within the city! If you live in the HRM, enter your address and select “Local Delivery” at checkout.

Do you accept returns?

We do! For eligible products, we offer store credits or exchanges. We do not process refunds.

All merchandise must be returned, unused and in original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. We highly advise securing a tracking number for your return; Sock It To Ya! is not liable for any return packages lost in transit.
